  Authors must conform to the following guidelines and structure their abstracts accordingly. Abstracts not conforming to the guidelines will not be reviewed.
   
Abstract Content
 

● Abstracts must be written in English with single spacing. 

  ● Abstracts must be comprised of: 
     - A title
   - Author names: First name(s) and last name(s). Full names are required 
   - The affiliation (only one), including country, of each author 
   - A body structured under Objectives, Subjects and Methods, Results and Conclusions
  ● Any abbreviations should be defined where first mentioned.
  ● A maximum of 350 words.
   
Figures
  ● A MAXIMUM OF 2 FIGURES are allowed and must be embedded in the PDF file.
  ● Figure(s) must be numbered clearly (for example: Figure 1).
  ● Figure(s) should be cited in the abstract to which they belong.
  ● A minimum resolution of 300 dpi is required.
  ● Figure legend should appear in the abstract text rather than as part of the figure file(s).
   
Tables
  ● A MAXIMUM OF 2 tables are allowed and must be embedded in the PDF file.
  ● Tables should be embedded in the text editor containing the abstracts content.
  ● Tables must be numbered clearly (for example: Table 2).
  ● Tables should be cited in the abstract to which they belong.
  ● Table legends should appear in the abstract text rather than as part of the table file.
   

 

 

Abstract Submission

Abstracts must be submitted online with a PDF file format through the abstract submission site before the deadline.

 

 

 Oral or e-video Presentation

Selected abstracts would have the opportunity to be presented orally or by e-video loop during the congress.
 
The duration or format of presentation will be notified in the acceptance letter.
 
The best abstracts would be selected to be presented in the Oral plenary session.

 

 

 

Case Report Content
  ● A written abstract must be submitted together with the video submission describing the case submitted in PDF format.
  ● Entries must be written in English with single spacing.
  ● Entries must be comprised of: 
    - A title
  - Author names: First name(s) and last name(s). Full names are required
  - The affiliation (only one), including country, of each author
  - A body structured under Case Presentation, Investigations / Diagnosis / Treatment, Outcome and Follow up, Discussion and Implications
  ● Any abbreviations should be defined where first mentioned.
  ● A maximum of 350 words.
   
Figures
  ● A MAXIMUM OF 6 FIGURES are allowed and must be embedded in the PDF file.
  ● Figure(s) must be numbered clearly (for example: Figure 1).
  ● Figure(s) should be cited in the case report to which they belong.
  ● We accept most figure formats: .jpeg, .tif, .gif, .eps etc.
  ● A minimum resolution of 300 dpi is required.
  ● Figure legend should appear in the case report text rather than as part of the figure file(s).
   
Video
  ● Video must be provided separately.
  ● We accept most video formats: .avi, .wmv, .mp4, etc.
  ● Video must not exceed 8 minutes and its maximum file size would be 500 MB.

The best abstracts would be selected to be presented in the Asian EUS cup session that is a competition for the best video award.
